Question
taraleigh3182
OK, so I've been crocheting my lil heart out since I learned a couple of months ago and having no trouble with the basic stitches working in rows. BUT, its like I all of the sudden went blank about a few of the rules. I'm especially running in to trouble if the pattern doesn't state a stitch count at the end of the rows.
So, can someone please remind me about how to count my stitches? Meaning, whether to count the turning chain or not, where to start each stitch if not stated (same st as tch or next), and whether to crochet in to the top of a tch or not. I'm really thinking too much and confusing myself (especially when alt rows of sc then dc). Please help! Thanks so.much!
