Question
Beaglelady
Been working on this sweater and making both fronts at the same time. However I'm sort of stuck on the armhole and neckline shaping. Directions read as follows:
The front pcs are worked evenly until this:
Armhole Shaping:
Continue in V-st pattern across, leaving last 7 sts unworked, turn (46 sts)
NEXT ROWS: Continue in V-st pattern and dec 1st at Armhole edge every row 15 times. 34 sts at end of last row.
NEXT ROWS: Work even on rem sts until there are 59 total rows.
Neck Shaping
NEXT ROW: Sl st in each of first 8 sts, work in V-patter across. (26 sts)
NEXT ROWS: Dec 1 st at Neck edge every row 9 times (17 sts at end of last row.
NEXT ROWS: Work eve on rem sts until there are 71 total row. At end of last row fasten off.
Looking at the drawing - I take it I'm supposed to be working the armhole and neck shaping at the same time??
But exactly at what point in the directions????
