Round 1 – sc in 2nd ch from hook, sc in next 6 chain stitches <= Does this mean that I have to sc 6 stitches beginning from the 2nd chain from hook? I'm sorry if my question sounds a bit silly...I'm from the Netherlands so it's quite difficult for me sometimes to read an English written pattern

You do all 6 scs in the first chain that you made.  The second chain lifts the hook high enough so that you can work in the first.
