Who can help me to translate a russian pattern?

Im going to be a grandma for the first time in my life  =) Yay me!! =)

And now i have found this adorable russian pattern that i sooo badly want to do.

 

But...for me the pattern is a mess!! Is there anyone out there who can help me?

also there is a somewhat realistic doll called Baby Belinda in the book Blue Ribbon Crochet.  you can probably get the book from your local library.
