I need help with the second section.

Row 1,  Commence with Black between any SC f any pentagon Point.

              Commence 3 chain, DC in same stitch as SL St,  (Where?)

Haven't done this one but if you read here I think there are corrections for the pattern. Someone around here should know better. Mary

Annie's has a newly revised pattern and supposedly all the corrections that people refer to have been made to the pattern they are currently selling for about $7.00.

 

I started mine last week and have not run into any difficulties so far.

 

To answer your question Geoffrey, I joined the black thread between the Triangles with a slip stitch and chained 3 and did the DC in same place that I joined the yarn.   It worked for me but having said that I believe the pattern could or should have been written with more clarity.   Round 2 of this section gave me fits for about 24 hours and then I was able to figure out what they were trying to indicate in the pattern.   This pattern leaves too much to one's imagination for my taste ESPECIALLY since you have to purchase the pattern.   I doubt that I would ever purchase a pattern from this company again for this reason.
