Lily Frost-Tone Thread

Is anyone familiar with Lily "Frost-Tone" thread? I found some on eBay and it was 600 yds. on cones, but no one seems to know what thread size it is?

 

Is it heavier or thicker than #10 bedspread cotton?

 

There are some great old patterns that call for this thread, but it is a headache figuring doing conversions.

Ravelry doesn't have a thread size listed for it, and from what I can see on other sites like Kaboodle, the weight isn't given on the wrappers.

 

I did find an old (sold) Etsy listing that was selling a bunch of the Lily thread and a cone of Lustra Nylon. The Lustra label said size 20 and in the photo, they looked to be the same weight.

I don't know if it will help, but as near as I can guage Lily Frost-Tone is a mercerized cotton crochet thread fairly close to a weavers size 10/3 (three plied strands of size 10 cotton thread.)
