Will tapestry wool for needlepoint felt/full well?

Someone gave me a box with about 100 skeins of Elsa Williams Needlepoint Yarn which is 100% wool. Has anyone every had success using this?

Yes!!! I tied together various colors and brands of tapestry wool, they fulled nicely. They amke nice fulled flowers. I also kool-aid dyed some and they took color well.

Great idea! I have some too, and have wanted to try this but never had any wool yarn!
