Who made SUPER SIMPLE HATS for Children and Adults?

I recently printed out a hat pattern but failed to include the creator's name. The pattern is SUPER SIMPLE HAT for Child and Adult. The creator's cute children were modeling hats. The pattern is SUPER SIMPLE and makes up a really nice looking hat. I'm making the hats for the children/adults at Pine Ridge Reservation. I don't feel like I can post any pictures of my hats until I have the creator's name so that I can give her the credit due her creation.

Please come forward so that I can thank you and show you what neat hats I've made from your pattern.

Thanks ever so much. Looking back at it, I can see why I didn't get her name when I copied and pasted. I didn't go down far enough to get it. Thanks again for helping me out.
