help! how to use my new wheel??

hi there, just been given a new spinning wheel by my parents, i crochet a lot so they thought i would like to have it. i think its an upright antique welsh spinning wheel, single treadle. i have no idea how to use it so any help would be appreciated! thanks.

zen there are many crafters across the country that spin and groups that meet and some that give lessons.

 

Might help people if they know where you are and could recommend groups they know of
