Just out of curiosity. . .

Recommended Posts

I have only set up 2 times with my things. the first time i sold nothing and the 2nd time I sold a baby blanket, booties, a hat, and come flower hair clips. my dad lokes to take my things to the flee market with him, and he said people look but they don't buy very often. I think people are just looking for a good deal right now, so the smaller more practical items sell better.

Like StaciaDaniels, I have only done two craft fairs with my items the first was dire and not well attended and I sold only to my best friend (who hates me just giving her things, she's very happy to pay even though I dont like her to ha ha) and the 2nd was great, I sold loads of amigurumis but no hats which I had loads of! My best sellers are rose corsages which I am continually asked for and are the most popular things I do.

I think the two of you are on to something. I hope other crocheters pay attention to these trends. it will save them work, materials, time and effort. Thanks for sharing!
