Casting off the Cold

My charity "Casting off the Cold" has been asked to make between 30 and 40 full size afghans for our organizations that we provide items for for the homeless, women and children shelters etc.

I was wondering if my fellow Crochetvillers could send me 8" squares, worsted weight, any colour and I will put them together.

Did you know that there is a group in Michigan called "Cast off the cold"?

but I believe they do mainly knitted items.

Is there a specific yarn or pattern/stitch you prefer?
