Hairpin loom

Not long ago, I bought a Susun Bates adjustable hairpin loom. It wasn't very expensive and I love it. I think anyone who crochets should have a try of hairpin.

 

Look at the tutorials on Stitch Diva website. They have a tip about using guide lines. This advice made the difference between a mess and a success. These guide lines are very hard to use with a U shaped, non-adjustable loom, but with the Susan Bates one, I could do it.

 

I have made some hair bands for my daughters and a shawl for a Barbie, but no big projects yet.

I got one not too long ago, but I haven't tried it yet. I love the look of hairpin lace. When your project is finished you should share a picture of it with us. We love drooling over everyone's masterpieces.
