substitute for berroco denim silk yarn

I want to try make something for daughter but this pattern calls for 11 skeins of this kind of yarn berroco denim silk yarn it cost 7.50 a skein any help on what to use for this pattern besides this yarn. thanks rhonda

that yarn .. there really isnt anything else like it that i kn ow of.. you could try a thinner ribbon or "tube" yarn .. look at http://www.elann.com
