For round A, you carry the natural for approximately 14 stitches, whatever number of stitches you need to reach the edge of the bag. then you drop the natural and make 100 chain using the denim.

 

For rounds B and C you crochet around the top with the denim while carrying the natural.

 

For round D you crochet around the top of the bag and the handle with both the denim and natural. you can see in the picture that this makes an edging of both colors mixed together.
