Graph Crochet

Just about the only thing I can't do is read patterns so i am concerned that I will never be able to do graph crochet. I dont understand how to add colors or make it look like one cohesive peice...

 

Can someone recommend a link where i can learn to do this without having to decpipher the code of crochet pattern language?

There aren't any patterns to follow when crocheting from a graph per se. The pattern is the graph. Let us know if you have any specific questions. We love to help around here!
