trading posts/exchanges

I saw people say something about exchange boards or trade board on here or somthing.. I do not see it.. I'd just like to know here to find it in case i ever have stuff That i need to get rid of (hubby's always yellin about my stash's). or i find i have to much of one thing but not enough of another and do not have the cash to get what i need.
