This is the pattern I posted about in this thread.

This will be a free pattern if I've written it so that anyone can use it. Please email me with your email address if you'd be willing to test. You can use any cotton yarn and any hook that goes with it. I made one today with cotton worsted and an I hook and it went really quickly.
