Hook Letters?

I have some patterns I want to do but the hook sizes say 2.00, 3.50, and 4.50. I know my hooks by the letters, could someone please tell me the letters for these hooks? Thanks in advance!

Edited to add that those sizes are all European hook sizes and not exactly comparable with North American hooks, which are slightly bigger or smaller.
