Finishing Work

Can anyone give any tips on finishing. I've done scarves and when I get to the end, I just stop, but it does not have a finished look. What to do? what to do?:thinking1

I do fringes sometimes, and sometimes I do a rippled edge look. You can see some of the scarves I've done Here
