Patons Heat Wave pattern problem

Has anyone on here done the Retro Top in this pattern booklet:

It's the third top down, the one that is Coral colored.

 

I am an intermediate to advanced crocheter but I am having such a hard time with this pattern. If anyone on here has done this, can you reply to this thread so I can ask a couple questions.

The original poster has not been on this forum since 2010.  The link in her post leads to a not found page.  So, it's of no use.  However, there are ways that we can help.  If you provide the following information, then we can provide advice...

• Full name of the pattern, where you found it, who published it, etc.  A link to a picture and/or pattern page is best.
• What you are confused about.  The more specific and detailed, the better.
• The row or round that is giving you trouble.  Type it exactly as it is in the pattern.
• 1 or 2 rows/rounds prior to the problem one, typed exactly as is, too.  This helps us to know what came right before the problem.

Also, you're better off opening a new post in the help section.  Some will see the date on this and won't open it, because it's really old.  If you do this, then there are several in here that are really good at figuring things out.  The more information you provide, the easier it is to help you.  You just can't post an entire pattern or pictures that you don't own, due to copyright violations.
