I always used free webhosts for my webpages and Ive tried many of those hosts. Many of them are not good (they have ads and they dont offer php,mysql, and are slow... they can also offer to little bandwidth or space, and most of them dont have safe mode turned off-was annoying for me). But you can also find some good hosts.

I've tried all the best rated hosts and also some others from searching with google.

 

The best free webhost was this here, click. You can try it (its free anyway) and it has no-ads,php,mysql and lots of bandwidth (100GB... a lot for a free webhost) and options... There are also few others that i liked, but this one was best.
