South Carolina...Coastal Carolina Fair

Anyone from South Carolina who entered art work in the Coastal Carolina Fair? If so, can you please tell me how the crocheted items are judged? There were a lot of first place ribbons for the same afghan category and so forth. Does every entry receive a ribbon or do they only display the winning entries?

This has all the rules and awards for judging. Check page 15 for fiber arts. There are several categories, and multiple awards in each, I believe most of the items entered are displayed, but I'm not sure.
