ISO tool

Hi,

 

A while back I was reading on here about a tool that you can purchase to make holes along the edge of things. I am not sure how to explain this but here goes! If you would want to put an edging around a baby blanket or a piece of fleece, there is a tool that will punch the holes for you. I have such a time pushing through blankets to make holes to crochet edging on. I hope I have explained this well enough that someone can give me info on where to purchase this tool and the name of it as well.
