at this site they sell an e-book that covers soooo many things including conversion from knit to crochet and vice versa also yarn conversions, 175 stitches in detail...it boggled my mind all the things in this e-book - i for one will be ordering one in the near future - i can hardly wait for the money to do it!! even if it is only half as good as listed it would still be a great treasure!!
