Discounted yarn

Ok, I know there was a post the other day that someone had talked about discounted yarn. I was on the page and forgot to save it to my favorites. You could buy discounted yarn and grab bags. Anyone out there remember this? Please let me know if you know what post i am talking about! lol Thanks
