All My Bunnies Applique's

Bunny Appliqués

Any yarn and hook size desired.

I used Caron Simply Soft and a G Hook

Wiggle Eyes, pompoms if desired.

Bunny # 1

Body:

Ch. 4 and make a ring. Ch. 2 (not a dc)

Round 1. 12 dc in ring, join. Ch. 3 (12dc)

Round 2. DC in same stitch as ch. 3, 2 dc in each dc around, join, but do NOT fasten off. (24 dc).

Head:

Round 1. Ch. 3, 12 dc in 3rd chain from the hook, join to 1st dc. (12 dc)

Round 2. Ch. 1 (not hdc), 2 dc in each dc around. (24 hdc), do NOT fasten off, in the same stitch as joining *ch. 1, (sc, hdc, dc, tr, picot (ch.3 and ss in 3rd ch.), tr, dc, hdc, sc) in same stitch as ch. 1, ss in next 3 hdc, in 3rd ss repeat from * for 2nd ear, ss in next hdc and fasten off. Weave in all ends and add face if desired.

Tail:

Do a puff stitch on a part of the body. (look online for directions)

 

Bunny # 2

Body:

Ch. 4 and make a ring. Ch. 2 (not a dc)

Round 1. 12 dc in ring, join. Ch. 3 (12dc)

Round 2. DC in same stitch as ch. 3, 2 dc in each dc around, join, but do NOT fasten off. (24 dc).

Head:

Round 1. Ch. 3, 12 dc in 3rd chain from the hook, join to 1st dc. (12 dc)

Round 2. ** Ch. 1 (not hdc), 2 dc in each dc around**. (24 hdc), do NOT fasten off, in the same stitch as joining *ch. 1, (sc, hdc, dc, tr, ch. 2, tr, dc, hdc, sc), in same stitch as ch. 1, ss in next 2 hdc, in 2nd ss repeat from * for 2nd ear, ss in next hdc and fasten off. Weave in all ends and add pompoms

Bunny # 3

Body:

Ch. 4 and make a ring. Ch. 2 (not a dc)

Round 1. 12 dc in ring, join. Ch. 3 (12dc)

Head:

Round 1. Ch. 3, 12 hdc in 3rd chain from the hook, join to 1st dc. (12 hdc)

Round 2. Do NOT fasten off, in the same stitch as joining *ch. 1, (sc, hdc, dc, tr, picot (ch.3 and ss in 3rd ch.), tr, dc, hdc, sc) in same stitch as ch. 1, ss in next hdc and fasten off.

Bunny Face

 

 

I used an I hook and sport weight yarn.

Any yarn can be used depending on how big you want your bunny.

 

1. Chain 4 and join to make a ring.

2. Chain 2 (not a stitch) 10 hdc in ring and join to 1st hdc.

3. Chain 1 (not a stitch) sc in each stitch around and join to 1st sc.

4. Chain 1 and in the same stitch do a sc, hdc, dc, tr, picot (chain 3 and slip st in 3rd chain), tr, dc, hdc, sc.

5. Slip stitch in next chain.

6. Slip stitch in next chain and repeat other ear.

7. Slip stitch in next chain and fasten off. Weave in ends and do the face how you wish.
