knitpro problems

I think the title says it all. I have been trying to make graph with knitpro and it is not working. I even had my dad look at it(he works with computers). So I need some help here. Every time I hit submit I get this back...

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: imagecreatefromjpeg() in /home/www/microrevolt/knitPro/index.php on line 113

 

Has anyone got this kind of problem before? I did make sure that it was under 1MB and that it was saved as a jpeg and all that stuff. I figure if you guys can't help I will email their support team. Thanks all.

I just tried doing a pict to see what it would do for me and I got the exact same error. I've used it before, and did the same way, so must be on their end. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

Sorry for the problem you were having, knitPro was temporarily down because we were changing servers, causing the functions to not work. but it's up and running now, as always:
