Hi everyone

 

I'm not sure if this is the right place for this enquiry, but I was wondering if anyone had international experience with ordering from Hershners?

 

I just placed quite a large order with them, I ordered 40 skeins of Caron Simply Soft, and 10 Red Heart Pounders.

 

I know shipping is going to cost me just as much as the order most like, but I was just wondering if anyone had bought yarn from them, and doesn't live in the US. I'm interested in knowing how long the order took to arrive.

I'm in the US, so I can't vouch for their international service, but I have ordered from them and their service is generally "okay." I've had some issues with rudeness from one of their customer service folks, but in general, no problems.

 

I usually order from http://www.knitting-warehouse.com. They're wonderful, but I don't know if they do international deliveries.
