Crochet accessories

Dear all,

I thinkl that you can help me - I'm looking to but online (since I live out of USA) a crochet accessory, that I can't name (since I don't know if it's axist or it's just my imagination....):

It sould be round or oval, and have small pins around, and it will help me strech the doily with.

Is something like that exist?

Where can i find it?
