Andi, I agree with you. I like to order from Maggie. Her prices are competetive, although they're not always the lowest. But they give very personal service. A couple of years ago I was looking for a specific color of #10 crochet thread and one of their representatives was very helpful in helping me find it. And shipping was very reasonable.
