Easy, Easy Doily Project

I have been looking at all the absolutely beautiful doilies you ladies make, and I can only hope to someday do half as well. I just started my first filet crochet project, and it seems to be going ok. It's a welcome sign with trees and a bird. Will probably finish it when I'm 80!! Does anyone know of an extremely easy doily pattern I can start next? I know how to do a granny square with worsted, and I understand to crochet in the round you have to increase on every row to make it larger, but that's about the extent of my know-how! I've never made anything in the round, so you can see why I would need an extremely easy doily pattern to start off with. Any help will be very much appreciated. Again, your doilies are absolutely beautiful, and I am pea green with envy at all your talent!

Hi there.

One of my first doilies was this one:

and it was pretty straightforward and easy. I used a size 3 thread because I was still scared of anything smaller! But it came out fine.
