Question
Turtleheart
Hello All-
I need some help/suggestions! I am working on my very first amigurumi-- a mouse-- and I think I am making it more difficult that it really is. I am having a hard time sewing the completed pieces together.
Is there a "best" stitch to use? Such as a running stitch? Or is it more like you would darn the pieces together?
I am also wondering if my yarn and needle might be part of the problem. I have an acrylic yarn, sport weight, but I think its too many strands (6)? I am using a yarn needle to sew the pieces but wondering if that is too big a needle?
Any pointers would be greatly appreciated! Maybe I just picked a pattern a little too challenging for a newbie at amigurumi.
Thanks!
Turtleheart
