Well, I've never actually done this, but I'm visualizing it in my head and it seems like it should work all right.

Make a chain up from one side of the bag however long you want it to be, then take your wooden dowell (I'm assuming you're using a dowell?) and do single crochets around the dowell (bring hook under dowell, bring up loop, YO, pull through both loops) all the way to the end, then make another chain the same length as the first and attach it to the bag.

If you're using something other than a dowell, the same sort of idea could still apply: basically, just sc down the whole length of your wood with close stitches so it doesn't show through the yarn.

Thank you... I've attached it successsfully...

But there's another prblem with my bag. I'm really a dumb but I have some questions:

1/ After crochet, do we usually need to attach a piece of cloth inside the bag to make it easier when we put things inside?

2/ How many way of buttons (or anything to close/open the handbag) except zipper? Can I have tutorial for them?

Hic, sorry for my bad English :(

1. If your stitches are loose and little things would fall through, you should line it. You can hand stitch it in.

2. You can sew in velcro, or create a toggle closure with a button and chain stitch, like these examples:
