Have you made a Navajo afghan?

Someone asked me yesterday if I'd be able to make the Navajo afghan for them for Christmas. I'm thinking it will be about 40x55 or so. I've done a couple in the past, but can't remember how long they took to make. If you've made one recently, do you recall how long it took? Thank you!

shoot, in like 2 weeks?? it depends on if youre a really fast hooker!! im gonna make one of these for my sister in law (who IS navajo) but not till later. it would have been a nice xmas present but im too much of a procrastinator!

That's ok. They're all pretty much the same, just some are written better than others. I had to rewrite the first one I used many moons ago because there were so many mistakes. I don't even use one any more. I still haven't started on it:lol . Looks like some sleepless nights ahead!
