There are two nooks out there about how to convert patterns... It some sometpeical knitpatterns and hsow something like them in crochet.

 

The books are :

From Knit to Crochet and From Needles to Hooks.

 

I have both of the books....( Brithday present a knitter gave me ). I might be able to help out a little if I knew a bit more about the pattern.... I have not done a project all on my own... But, I might still be able to help.
