Question
wkinchen
I have start two ripple afghans, one with soft baby yarn with 6 on each side and 3 in the middle and it is turning out just like the pattern says in this Leaflet called "Beginners Guide to Ripples for Baby". The other one not so good because it is with heavier yarn and a size H hook. I am just trying to create something off the stop of my head. The color is a muticolor called "painted Deserted". I want to find me some dark red or burgany to go with it. The one with heavier yarn I want to make for my bed.
The question is if I use a size G hook do anyone think that it will turn out better or do i need to enlarge the hook size. I want to use the same pattern for this one but the problem is that I don't know how many stitches to stitch for the fondation row. Any one got any suggestions feel free.
