What you did for your Granny makes the gift even more precious. An 63-Square-Afghan is lot of work. All the love you crochet into it makes it full of "good karma" (however you may call this) but the second when you and your mother agreed without words to let it be grandmothers gift it reached a higher level. It is now an Afghan full of good karma, understanding AND love.

Letting Grandma keep the afghan was a beautiful thing to do. Thank you for sharing this story with us. You did a great job on the afghan. One day it will be a wonderful treasure to your mom - again! Just think of all the joy you have spread with your beautiful work!
