Help with a pattern

Morticia

Question

From Better Homes and Garden Simply Creative Crochet 2005, page 100. This is for a skirt, and the previous 3 rows were simply hdc. The next row has an increase in the 2nd and 2nd to last stitch (84 stitches). Then it says work 4 row even.

I need help with this next part.

Rep Inc Row NOW, then every 4th row 5 times, every 5th row 6 times, and every 6th row 3 times - 114 sts. Work even until piece measures 22" from beginning.

I realize that I have to increase 30 stitches = 15 increase rows. But, what does the rest of it mean? Please, any help or insight you might have will be greatly appreciated.
