angora yarn

I am a crochet beginner and want to make a blanket for my little girl.

I would like to use an angora blend and need some advice on brands. I would like the blanket to be a bit fluffy so I want a yarn that blooms.

I have already bought Cleckheaton angora supreme in pink. I need white and light grey as well.

Would you suggest sticking with the Angora supreme or going with Cascade Indulgence or Cloud 9? or another? Will they match with the angora supreme I have? I want to limit the cost so if you could suggest a good online shop...

I am also having trouble finding light grey in any brand, so suggestions on where to get this or alternatively how to dye white to light grey would be helpful.

I have not worked with Angora, so I dont really know where to go online to get it...however I do see some really good stuff on ebay.

 

 

Do a seach for what you are looking for, and maybe it will come up!

I'm not familiiar with the yarns you mentioned. Are yours made from angora goat hair or angora rabbit hair?
