Looking for pattern

I'm looking for a pattern labeled "Monogrammed afghan" that is from a crochet pattern book.  

at least from the 80's.  My photocopy is old--but calls for spinnerin Wintuk SWeater and Afghan Yarn.  Is a really neat pattern in that once you have done the center and added the enlarging stitches you can just go around and around and don't have to sew anything together at the end! People often ask me where the pattern comes from and all I have is a photocopied page.  I'm new here--thanks!

Go to Google and type in vintage  Monogram  Afghan. A few come up and one is making a square with initial  worked in, then add granny square border as big as you want.
