Help with Pattern

Hello, can anyone help me with reading this pattern please? It is a pattern written by someone in Russia, using US terms. It just doesn't make sense to me. Any help would be appreciated. Rnd 13 is where it loses me, and 12 is 11sc in a circle (meant to be the top of a birds leg). Unfortunately I'm not able to attach images here. Thanks in advance everyone.

12 rnd: 11 sc (11 s t)

13-15 rnd: 8 sc, turn (phot o 62) (DO NOT crochet a ch while turning), from the second stitch from the hook 4 sc (photos 63, 64), turn, from the second stitch from the hook 3 sc (phot os 65, 66), further crochet without turns, 1 sc in the raising of the back-and forth rows, 3 sc (10 s t) (photos 68-69)

16 rnd: 3 sc, 1 sc in the raising of the back-and-forth rows, 2 sc, i nc, 4 sc (12 s t) (photos 70-72) Crochet 2 sc, 1 fst sl st. Leave a thread approx. 25 cm(9.84”) long enough for sewing.
