Anyone know a good website tech person?

I have been dealing with an intermittent 500 Internal Server Error that takes my website down for about a month.  I have contacted my web host it feels like a million times and hired someone to fix it from Fiverr - they keep telling me it's fixed, but it never is.

I am ready to pull my hair out.

Does anyone know a good tech person who could actually solve this issue?
