Need helpd on pattern instructions

Good morning, I am working on a pretty hat but got stumped on the instructions for the 3rd round. Here are the instructions:

Round 3: Ch 4, 1 dc in next dc, ch 1, 1 dc in same st, ch 1, *[1 dc in next dc, ch 1] two times, 1 dc in same st, ch 1, sl st to join to 3rd ch – 30 dc + 30 ch 1 spaces.

I understand everything up to the * but after that I get lost - it doesn't seem to be enough stitches to make up the round.

It looks like there's a typo in the pattern. It's missing the words "repeat from * around" in rounds 3&4. See round 2 & 5-19. The missing phrase goes right before the sl st.

Does this give you enough to get going or do you need more information?

Ok, should it read:

Ch 4, 1 dc in next dc, ch 1, 1 dc in same st, ch 1, *[1 dc in next dc, ch1] two times, 1 dc in same st, ch 1, repeat from * around, sl st to join to 3rd ch

Yes. You'll need to do the same thing in round 4.
