I don't understand how to do this

Can you help me?  I am stuck on these 4 stitches.  Where do the lime green dc's connect to/anchor?  Thank you.

that really doesn't make sense as part of a round or row.  you could use a new piece of yarn to make these 2 stitches and then fasten off.  you can make a "standing dc" w/o a turning chain http://www.lionbrand.com/blog/motif-afghan-crochet-along-crochet-techniques-part-i/#sthash.n6UlBamj.dpbs  do that for the first one, then make a normal dc for the second, then fasten off.  that's all I can think of.
