Row 3 With B , ch 1, turn, *sc in next 3 sts, FPDC around next st 2 rows below; rep from *to last (9) sts, sc in next (4) sts, FPDC around next st 2 rows below, sc in last (4) sts-d (10) post sts at the end of this ROW.
This is confusing me help.
