Help with sleeve instructions

I am having trouble with this pattern. I understand the stitches, but the repeating rows are giving me fits. Any help is greatly appreciated

 

Work incross stitch pattern and at same time work 2 dc i first st and 2 dc in last st on dc rows and 2sc in first st and 2sc in last st on sc rows (i understand all this), every row 10 times, every other row 10 times.

I guess this is the part you need help on?    it means to do what it says for the next 10 rows.  then you do it on every 2nd row 10 times.  On the alternate rows you would work in stitch pattern w/o the increases.
