New project

In Houston, there is an organization called AssistHers. They are strictly volunteer and they provide care teams to lesbians. There are currently 20 cases active and my desire is to make throws or lap blankets for each client for xmas.

 

Of course, I don't think this is something I will accomplish on my own. If anyone is interested please let me know. I think I will decide (ok, just now) that they should be synthetic as I know allergies are likely an issue.

 

If you have scraps of synthetic you know you won't use and want to donate, let me know.

 

If you are in the greater Houston area and want to get together to crochet on this project, let me know.

 

If anyone has suggestions on how to make this happen, I would appreciate the input.
