Need Help with a pattern

I am making this bed doll for my niece for birthday which is in 2 weeks, so please, please help me.  I will type the area I am having trouble with below this message.  At the end of row 16 it says pick up 3 ch-7 loop at end of last 3 odd-numbered row, ch 3, turn.  I have been picking up the ch-7 loop on rows 15, 13, & 11. When finish this section of lace trim, I only have 3 holes, where the photo is showing 4.  I will try to attach a picture and mark the areas I am talking about.  The instructions in the pattern are: It won't let me paste them so I will attach the files.  Thanks Sara

I would just go with the three holes. No one but you will know that the pattern showed four.

Thank you for your prompt response, and I thought about that, but then the trim is too short for the dress and it doesn't look good. I feel like that there is couple of rows missing.  I have emailed Annie's with this and hope they can help me.  Once again, thanks.
