The problem is with row 7&8

This is what I have but no quarentees 

>>>>>>>Rows 7 and 8 (decrease rows): Ch 3 (does not count as a st here and throughout), sk first 2 dc, sk next ch (decrease made), V-st in next dc, *sk next dc, sk next ch, V-st in next dc; repeat from * across to last V-st, sk next dc, sk next ch, dc in last dc, turn;          change to A in last st of Row 8— 21 (23, 25) V-sts at the end of Row 8.<<<<<<<<

7---ch 3, skip the first 2 dc and  the next ch (which will count as a decrease)  v stitch in next dc,  * skip next dc and  ch then v stitch in next dc, repeat from the * and keep repeating between the *s across to the last v stitch,then after doing the v stitch in the last v stitch in the row  skip  the next dc and ch and then dc in the last dc

 

repeat for row 8 and change color at the end of row 8, ---------- 21 or 23 or 25 v sts in row 8

This what I worked and stuck at the end.
