welcome to the ville :hook

dc is the abbreviation for double crochet.  do you neeed info on how to do that stitch?

in row 1 you evidently made some groups of 3 dc stitches.  now in row 2, in the center dc of each of those sttich groups, you will make 3 dc sttiches, as well as making a dc in each of the other dc of row 1.

if you tell us exactly what the pattern is, where we can see it, we will be able to offer more specific help.

Ok, here it is http://bellabambinaknits.blogspot.com/2007/04/spring-dress-for-american-girl-dolls.html

In row 1 in some spots you made 3 dc into one chain. Those are the 3 dc groups. They are creating the corners of the yoke, it is a raglan type yoke. To keep the line of increases going, you make 3dc in the center dc of the 3 dc group.
